Studies show that fresh fruits and vegetables contain natural vitamin c that is easier to assimilate and does not create so much excess stomach acidity. Additionally, since fresh fruits and vegetables contain natural fibers, these types of foods can help prevent different types of diseases too. So instead of swallowing those vitamin c pills, start eating healthy food!
